UK Shipping
- All next day delivery options subject to UK only delivery and exclude Saturday & Sunday.
- Orders placed before 2pm (UK time) will be shipped same day.
- For any order placed after 2pm (UK time) will be shipped the following business day.
- To cancel or return goods please contact us via email orders@Nutrivive.co.uk quoting your order number.
International Shipping
We cannot guarantee next day delivery for international orders. Delivery durations will be subject to delivery location. If you have any questions regarding international delivery durations please contact us at orders@Nutrivive.co.uk where we can advise the estimated delivery duration.
All products on our website are 100% legal in the United Kingdom & most of the European Union and we cannot provide any information on the legal status of a product outside of the United Kingdom. You (the customer) accept the responsibility to inform yourself about your local laws, import and custom regulations before ordering and you certify that the import to your country of the products ordered is legal. By placing an order at Nutrivive.co.uk you accept all responsibilities regarding the legality of the products that will be shipped to you.
Returns
We are extremely confident that our products will make all of our customers extremely happy, but if for any reason you disagree, we also offer a customer friendly, hassle-free returns policy.
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of purchase. In order to get a full refund, the product must be unused with any seals intact and in the original packaging. If an item has been used/opened we cannot accept a return due to potential contamination of the product.
The customer will be responsible for the returned shipping cost.
All returns must be sent via tracked & signed delivery to the below address. Please ensure you include your name and order number. Once sent kindly email the tracking number to orders@Nutrivive.co.uk.
